SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer Free Standard Delivery and Express Delivery (charged separately) Australia-wide on all online orders above $100 AUD.
For orders below $100 AUD, standard delivery charges may apply.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard Delivery
The average delivery times for Standard Delivery are:

7–10 Business Days for Australia-wide, including most country areas.

10–15 Business Days for WA country areas, Far North QLD, and most of NT (outside Alice Springs and Darwin).
Express Delivery
The average delivery times for Express Delivery are:

4–7 Business Days Australia-wide, including most country areas.

7–10 Business Days for WA country areas, Far North QLD, and most of NT (outside Alice Springs and Darwin).
Please note that during major sale events throughout the year, we may require an additional two (2) to three (3) business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
Orders may arrive in more than one shipment, as items may be sourced from multiple locations. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will be processed on Tuesday.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Item
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error, Walaiti will cover the return shipping costs. Upon verification, we will either:

Issue a full refund; or

Send a replacement item at no additional cost.
If the item(s) were purchased online, please email support@walaiti.com with:

A clear image of the damaged/faulty/wrong item(s);

Your order number; and
-
A brief explanation of the issue.
A customer service representative will assist you with the refund or exchange process.
Change of Mind
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, exchanges are available for FULL PRICE items only.
Exchanges must be requested within:

15 days from the date you receive your order.
If the item(s) were purchased online, please email walaiti.au@outlook.com and specify the item(s) you wish to exchange for. A customer service representative will guide you through the exchange process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges. A prepaid return satchel of appropriate size must be provided.
Exceptions to Our Returns Policy
The following items are excluded from exchange or refund:

Any SALE item(s) purchased online (unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault);

Underwear or undergarments, due to health and hygiene reasons, unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault;

Any item purchased from another region (overseas), which is non-exchangeable in Australia.
