Refund policy
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
This Exchange and Return Policy (the “Policy”) governs all purchases made through Walaiti.com. By placing an order through Walaiti.com, the customer (“Customer” or “you”) acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Subject to strict compliance with this Policy, Customers may request a return or exchange within ten (10) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery, provided that:

The product received is damaged, stained, defective, faulty, or incomplete; or

The size of the product delivered does not correspond with the size specified in the confirmed order; and

The product is unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging, inclusive of all tags, labels, and protective coverings intact.
Claims relating to minor variations in color, texture, or appearance attributable to screen display differences, lighting conditions, or photographic presentation shall not constitute valid grounds for return or exchange.
During sale periods or promotional campaigns, returns or exchanges shall only be permitted where the product delivered materially differs from the product ordered.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following categories of products are strictly excluded from return and exchange:

Customized, altered, or personalized items;

Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or discounted sales;

Items previously exchanged;
-
Products purchased during seasonal or occasion-based sales events.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
The Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, return request, or exchange request where circumstances warrant such action, including but not limited to non-compliance with this Policy.
Procedure for Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request, the Customer must:

Submit a written request via email to walaiti.au@outlook.com, clearly stating the reason for return and providing complete order details; or

Contact Customer Service at +61 433 956 695 within three (3) days of delivery.
All requests are subject to review and written approval by the Company. Upon approval, the Customer shall dispatch the product to the following address:

All costs associated with returning the product to the Company shall be borne solely by the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Conditions Governing Exchanges

The exchange value of any returned product shall be determined according to its current selling price at the time the exchange is processed.

Where the replacement product is of greater value, the Customer shall be responsible for payment of the price difference prior to dispatch.

The Company shall not issue store credit.

The Company shall not exchange products for items of lesser value.

All exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
The Company reserves the right to limit or refuse any exchange request at its sole discretion.
Processing Timeframe
The Company endeavors to process approved returns and exchanges within five (5) to seven (7) business days from receipt of the returned product.
During peak or high-volume periods, processing may require up to fourteen (14) business days.
Size Exchange Policy
Customers seeking a size exchange must contact the Company via email at walaiti.au@outlook.com.
The product must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and protective materials intact.
Size exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability at the time of request.
Refund Policy
As a general policy, the Company does not offer refunds.
However, in exceptional circumstances where an exchange or alternative remedy cannot reasonably be provided, the Company may, at its sole discretion and upon receipt of a valid and substantiated reason, approve a refund.
In the event a refund is approved:

Shipping and handling charges shall not be refunded;

Refund processing may take ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days, depending on the original method of payment;

Approval of refunds shall be determined exclusively by Company management and shall be final.
Sale and Discounted Orders
No returns or exchanges shall be accepted for products purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or under promotional offers.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the product delivered does not materially correspond to the product ordered, the Company may permit an exchange or refund in accordance with this Policy.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on Walaiti.com at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
