1. What are Walaiti’s shipping charges?
We offer Free Standard Delivery and Express Delivery (charged separately) Australia-wide on all online orders above $100 AUD. Orders below $100 AUD may incur standard delivery charges.
2. How long does Standard Delivery take?
- 7–10 business days Australia-wide (including most country areas).
- 10–15 business days for WA country areas, Far North QLD, and most of NT (outside Alice Springs and Darwin).
3. How long does Express Delivery take?
- 4–7 business days Australia-wide (including most country areas).
- 7–10 business days for WA country areas, Far North QLD, and most of NT (outside Alice Springs and Darwin).
4. Will my order arrive in a single shipment?
Not necessarily. Items may be sourced from multiple locations, so your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Tracking numbers will be provided once items are dispatched.
5. When are orders processed?
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, are processed on Monday.
6. What if I receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item?
If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error, Walaiti covers return shipping costs. Upon verification, we will either:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Can I exchange an item if I change my mind?
Exchanges are available for full-price items only, requested within 15 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Email walaiti.au@outlook.com specifying the item(s) you wish to exchange.
8. Which items are excluded from returns or exchanges?
- SALE items (unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault)
- Underwear or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Any item purchased from overseas that is non-exchangeable in Australia
